On Her Wisdom

The Invitation
For the woman who has learned to survive by disconnecting,
from her emotions, her intuition, her body.
For the woman who senses there is more,
more depth, more peace, more aliveness.
This is for you.
Join the Journey
A three-month one-on-one exploration.

"I will not rescue you. For you are not powerless.
I will not fix you. For you are not broken.
I will not heal you.
For I see you, in your wholeness. I will walk with you through the darkness,
As you remember your light".
-Medicine Woman’s Prayer
The Journey
-
Shadow & Parts Work
Turn toward the parts once pushed away - the anger, grief, tenderness, and wildness. By bringing them into light with compassion, your inner selves begin to work together instead of against each other.
-
Inner Child Work
Meet the younger parts of you that learned to hide, perform, or please to feel safe. Learn to listen, comfort, and reparent them so safety is felt from within… not earned, but remembered.
-
Womb Wisdom
Reconnect with your body’s sacred center - the source of intuition and creation. Through gentle ritual and awareness, you’ll learn to trust your body’s rhythms and the wisdom that lives within.
-
Breathwork & Somatic Practice
Healing begins in the body. Breath and somatic practices help release tension and emotion that live in the body, bringing you from overthinking into embodied presence and aliveness.
-
Emotional Intelligence
Your emotions aren’t problems to fix but guides to follow. Learn to name, feel, and express them safely… building awareness, authenticity, and deep self-trust.
How It Works
This is a three-month, one-on-one immersive journey designed to support deep transformation and reconnection with your inner wisdom.
We meet once a week for 60 minutes in a private virtual session.
Each session is personalized, a blend of conversation, guided inner work, breath, and somatic practices, meeting you exactly where you are that week.
Between sessions, you’ll have time to integrate what arises, with gentle practices and reflections to help you stay connected to your process.
All sessions are held virtually, allowing you to join from the comfort and safety of your own space.
Investment: $275 per session
Sliding scale options are available for those who need financial assistance.
Why I Created This
As a medical doctor, I was trained to manage disease - to diagnose, treat, and fix what had gone wrong in the body.
But I was never taught how to cultivate health, how to create the conditions for a human being to truly thrive.
Modern medicine is powerful - it saves lives every day, and I honor that.
But it often sees the body as a set of parts rather than an interconnected whole.
It can become mechanistic - meaning it looks at the body like a machine to repair - and reductionistic - meaning it tries to understand health by isolating symptoms instead of seeing how everything is connected: the mind, the body, emotions, relationships, and environment.
In my own healing, I began to realize that wellness isn’t just the absence of disease - it’s the presence of connection.
And that connection had to begin within myself.
I had to excavate who I actually was beneath the roles, achievements, and expectations.
I had to meet the parts of me shaped by old stories, early wounds, and unconscious patterns that had quietly directed my life.
That process changed everything.
This three-month journey is born from that awakening.
It gathers the most transformative tools and practices that helped me come home to myself - and weaves them into a guided experience for other women who are ready to do the same.
It has been my dream to offer this work - to create a space where women can safely return to their bodies, their truth, and the innate wisdom that has existed in them all along.

Insurance does not cover this type of work because it is not deemed “medical care”. It’s a space for deeper healing, self-understanding, and transformation.

No. Ideally, it would be wonderful to have a dedicated three months to allow for deep introspection but this is not always in life’s plans.
